Listed below are the sizes and prices:
12x18 inches C$25
16x24 inches C$28(recommended for the 27 (8.2), 28 (8.5), 30 and 32)
18x27 inches C$32(recommended for the 34 (10.4))
Naturally, you may have whatever size and quantity you wish.
