I recently did an improvement project on the headsail furler on our A32 that works so well that I thought it might be of interest to other Aloha owners. I like to have some extra turns on the furling drum when the sail is fully furled to give me a reserve for heavy weather. On the other hand, my drum was getting too full when the sail was unfurled. I got a piece of 1/8 inch spectra line (strong as stainless steel) twice as long as the boat and a piece of Dacron double braid half that length. I seized the spectra to the inner braid and pulled it through, so I have a 32 foot length of 1/4 inch line that's easy on the hands, while the business end that goes in the furler is only 1/8 inch. It works even better than expected - I can get my extra turns on the drum without jamming it full of line, but just as important, the small diameter spectra lies really neat and flat in the drum (like fishing line in a reel), making it much easier to furl the sail.
