Shamrock - Jim Hanley
Many years ago when we first fell in
love with sailing. Our first boat with a cabin, A Watkins 23, the America's
Cup still resided at the NY yacht Club, we found with research that Sir
Thomas Lipton's campaigned a series of J-Boats all named Shamrocks, (1-7).
Enough said. If the names good enough for the America's Cup it's great for
us.
