   • the owners name and location, boat name and boat number will appear in the Owners Listing pages. 

   • we may need to disclose personal information if required by law, when we have a good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on this website.

6. Owners who prefer their details not be included in the Owners Listings should send a request for removal by , and they will be removed during the next available website update.

7. The inclusion on any page of a link to another website in no way infers approval of the organization concerned by the Aloha Owners Association, nor do we monitor the content of these sites. These links are included solely for the convenience of our members and visitors to this site.
