When I moved my 28 to Lake Ontario I bought a new main and a #2 Genoa from North, that was plenty for down there, now on Lake Okanagan with an average wind speed of 5kph the #2 is too small and too heavy to perform well.
I ordered a #1 from Precision Sails in Victoria, the locals have been buying sails from them for the last few years and seem quite happy with them, hopefully I will be too.
My main is still nice and crinkly, used to sail on just the #2 quite a bit we would get up to 6.5 knots easy like that, no need to bother with the other sail at all so it didn't get a whole lot of use.
Looking forward to doing more than .65 knots.
