Hi Group,

Just wanted to say "hi" from Victoria BC. My wife and I just bought our first sail boat. She is "Sea Vixen" and is a 1982 Aloha 34, hull #167. Nice that there is a forum for Aloha's, and thanks for including the 34's and me!

The forums tend to be quiet in the off season. You will notice much more activity come spring.

Looks like you two found a well kept vessel.

If the woodwork is any indicator of the overall condition of the boat, you've got a real jewel there.  Welcome to the forum!

Hi Steve... I know of Sea Vixen. Beautiful boat! I saw that she was for sale.

I am also Steve, and also in Victoria. I own Pura Vida, 1982 Aloha 34, Hull 168. I have owned and lived aboard my boat since 2009.

Oops... "lived on my boat since 2009", definately not Gordon Head. I was reading the Aloha 34 bible, and noticed in the owners directory that someone with a 34 lives right behind me. So cool the next 34 off the line is located here. Its a small world!
