« on: March 09, 2006, 01:03:52 AM »

You agree that through use of this forum you will not post any material which is false, inaccurate, defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, adult material, invasive of a person's privacy, in violation of any Canadian, U.S. or International law or inappropriate to the aims and purposes of the forum. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are forbidden on this forum. You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this forum and any related websites to this forum.

The IP address origin of each post is recorded in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement. The owners of the forum reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this forum.

Note that it is impossible for the owners of this forum to confirm the validity of posts and that we do not actively monitor the posted messages. We are not responsible for the content contained within and do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. Posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily those of the Aloha Owners Association or the forum owner.

Anyone who feels a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. The owner of the forum reserves the right to remove any content which they consider inappropriate to the aims and purposes of the forum with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.

As you register you will choose a username and password. You agree that you will never make your password known to another person and NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft. After you register and login to the forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile and it is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. If you sign up using a "cryptic" id for ease of login, etc but are willing to share details of who you are, please consider including your name and/or boat details in either the "Personal Text" or "Signature" fields which you can access using the "Profile" button and then clicking on "Forum Profile Information" in the "Modify Profile" menu.

Finally, please note that the software places a cookie (a text file containing information such as username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out and the software does NOT send any other form of information either to or from your computer.
