I have two Lewmar winches that were the primaries on my 8.2.
Last season I upgraded to Harken ST winches and planned to use the originals on the cabin top, but have since decided to use one of the winches off the mast instead. I am at work and don't remember for sure, but I believe they are Lewmar 10 in size. They're single speed and dark grey in colour. I'd have to get $200 for the pair.
Need a cradle?
I also have a steel cradle that was designed and built specifically for an 8.2, and is constructed of 2" square steel tubing. It has 5 pads (which could use new carpet), one at each corner and one just ahead of the keel.
The back end has been modified for launching (which I successfulle did from a wishbone trailer the first year I owned her) employing stainless steel plates and bolts. The cradle may be used normally even with his modification. It is in very good condition other than the carpet on the pads.
I have a trailer for hauling, transporting, launching and storing so I don't really need the cradle.
I'm thinking $500.
